We are actively seeking highly qualified individuals to take on the pivotal role of Team Lead Capex in our dynamic Pfaffenhofen production site. Categories under ownership include: Construction Services, Facility and Manufacturing Equipment. EDUCATION

• Master’s degree in Procurement or related field/Business Administration.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Procurement. Previous team lead role is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with contractual / legal knowledge.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to partner with the business.
• Uphold high standards of integrity and intercultural competency.
• Positive attitude with strong aptitude to create a positive environment
• Flexible to take on ad-hoc tasks in response to changing priorities
• Willing to enhance current knowledge through additional Procurement training/qualification; certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German mandatory.
