We’re seeking an experienced CRM professional to lead a dynamic team of five passionate CRM managers as well as to drive our international newsletter growth strategy. Reporting directly to our Head of CRM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer communication, optimizing performance, and fostering a high-performing team culture. If you’re passionate about CRM and have a proven track record in leading successful campaigns, this role is for you!

• Your core tasks will include increasing flaconis CRM newsletter growth in all international markets by monitoring campaign performance on a daily basis and ensuring that targets are met
• Further developing our holistic newsletter strategy based on customer and business requirements to increase engagement, sales and customer retention is also one of your tasks
• Planning, managing and improving customer communication is one of your top priorities
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the CRM newsletter team, fostering a collaborative and high performance culture
• Ensuring effective project management and organization within the team to meet deadlines and achieve goals as well as ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders
