As Team Lead (f/m/d) you are responsible for the development of strategies, the acquisition and delivery of large Data, AI and process mining programs in time, budget, and quality by leading a team of data professionals.

• Lead a team of data professionals with your vision for transformation and digitalization within the corporate functions of all E.ON companies
• Build up meaningful relationships and identify opportunities for data-driven optimization together with our corporate functions’ partners in all E.ON countries
• Contribute hands-on in engagements and develop transformative data products with your deep experience in data science, process mining, data engineering and/or (technical) project management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, inspiring them with the opportunities of process mining and data & AI
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget
• Take ownership of the P&L of your unit and ensure utilization of your team
• Develop strategies that build brand awareness and increase the number of engagements
• Convert leads into new engagements by building relationships, presenting our capabilities, scoping the project work, and then ensuring a delivery on time, in scope and in budget
• Contribute towards employer branding by speaking at conferences, writing articles and being active on social media
• Develop and lead a team of process mining experts as your primary skill pool
• Setting the strategic direct and further development of the department together with other team leads and the head of.
