Responsibilities:

Architect of Change:

  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Champion our product vision, ensuring it aligns with client needs and delivers tangible real-world impact.
  • Utilize your expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies to create a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure that new feature implementations prioritize scalability, security, and performance, with a focus on modularizing our monolithic architecture.

Make a Tangible Difference:

  • Influence the success of our software through strong leadership and technical excellence.
  • Implement best practices and industry standards, driving innovation and quality.
  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to keep the team aligned and on track for successful project delivery.
  • Estimate the effort of tickets with the team and help the team provide accurate estimates.
  • Plan sprints based on the team’s velocity and ensure the team commits to delivering the sprint’s content.
  • Regularly provide detailed reports on project progress, milestones, encountered issues, and upcoming steps.

  • Leverage your leadership and communication skills to coach, mentor, and develop your team.
  • Foster a collaborative atmosphere where everyone thrives and contributes to team growth.
  • Play an instrumental role in team expansion, identifying and attracting top talent.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for the development process, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Manage code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, QA, and product management to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
