We are on the hunt for a Team Lead Digital Marketing Manager to join us at our HQ in Berlin. Our Digital Marketing team is dedicated to crafting and executing strategic campaigns that drive growth and engagement across the DACH region. We are seeking a skilled Team Lead & Project Manager to oversee our digital marketing initiatives.
Headquartered in Berlin, with a hybrid workplace policy, you will be part of our Marketing team and report directly to the Head of DACH Market

YOUR TREASURE OF EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of experience independently leading social media teams that drive business results across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok etc.).
  • Consistent record of creating innovative story-telling and engagement approaches
  • Extensive knowledge of the social landscape with a passion for creating out of the box ideas and creative concepts to drive reach, traffic, and conversions
  • Experienced in producing inspiring video content for TikTok and Instagram
  • Successfully developed social media channels from scratch.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to achieve results while working independently/remotely
  • Team player feeling comfortable to work hands-on taking over team and/or project responsibilities
  • Comfortable working with figures and making insightful analytical connections
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Head of Market DACH and the marketing strategy department to develop and execute our social media strategy.
  • Stay updated with the social media landscape, identifying insights and opportunities to keep us at the forefront of our B2C audiences.
  • Develop and create social media video content, e.g., reels and TikTok’s, with the team.
  • Ensure overall social media content quality, including copy, images, and storytelling.
  • Expand existing social media channels like Instagram and TikTok, and maintain Facebook.
  • Draft inspiring briefs, lead creative ideation processes, and work on go-to-market program plans.
  • Identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media success, and regularly measure and report on these metrics.
  • Oversee the DACH social media editorial calendar, campaign execution, daily publishing, and reporting.
  • Observe market, competition, and trends in the travel and lifestyle sector to bring new approaches and fresh ideas.
  • Draft and implement future influencer marketing strategies in collaboration with the global marketing strategy team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, working closely with partnerships, sales, product, PR/comms, and marketing strategy teams to support, innovate, and effectively grow our social media ecosystem.
  • Ensure all social media activities and content align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of social media professionals, overseeing their daily activities to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards, while collaborating to refine project concepts and ensure alignment with strategic objectives (OKRs)
  • Regularly review and provide feedback on team members’ performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Manage the allocation of resources and ensure the team has the necessary tools and support to achieve their goals.
  • Attend social media round tables, fairs, or workshops.
