POSITION
Engineering Team Lead APIs (all genders)
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead, APIs (all genders) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with international development teams and lead the development team to enhance existing APIs and build new capabilities that will be utilized by major partners across the globe. Our APIs power over 70% of HRS’ business, making runtime reliability and performance for partners worldwide a top priority.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Proficiency in API design, development, and management
- Experience with containerized applications using ECS or Kubernetes
- Knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
- Expertise in runtime reliability and performance optimization.
Personal Attributes: Highly self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a global team, and fluency in English.
