DEINE AUFGABENBEREICHE

• Manage the global programme team including technical and disciplinary leadership;
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing across programme staff.
• Develop, streamline and harmonise the programme in cooperation with the other team leads within the programme department for all activities at Bonn office and programme country level to ensure that current policies, guidelines and processes are implemented at all levels;
• Ensure appropriate and timely reporting to donors;
• Lead the strategic planning of the programme combined with quality assurance and risk minimisation;
• Ensure constructive cooperation throughout the entire programme cycle with the head of the Programmes department, the management, the Executive Board, the staff units and specialist positions (e.g. MEAL coordination) and the country teams;
• Represent Help to donors and other stakeholders at relevant meetings and conferences.
