YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Are you ready to take on a leadership role and build a high-performing Sales Development team from the ground up at one of the top 5 Fintechs in Europe? We are looking for a dynamic, experienced SDR leader to join our Sales team and help establish and scale our SDR function across DE/UK/FR/NL. As the SDR Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of SDRs to generate new business opportunities, optimise outreach strategies, and support our company’s growth objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to create impact by setting up and managing a critical part of the sales funnel, developing talent, and driving results.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a scalable SDR function, including tools, processes, and workflows. Define outreach and lead qualification strategies.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of SDRs across multiple markets. Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure team success.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and continuously refine outbound lead generation and qualification strategies.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor the team’s progress, ensure achievement of targets, and deliver regular reports on performance to senior leadership.
  • Implement best practices for prospecting, lead qualification, and outreach using data-driven insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work with senior sales leadership to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and optimise collaboration between SDRs and account executives.
  • Partner with marketing to align messaging and campaigns with outbound efforts, ensuring that SDR outreach is consistent with company brand and strategy.
  • Develop and implement ongoing training programs to ensure continuous improvement in SDR skills, including outreach, lead qualification, and product knowledge.
  • Oversee the team’s use of Salesforce to ensure accurate and up-to-date data on leads and opportunities.
