• A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Extensive experience in IT leadership roles, particularly in digital transformation
• Proven success in developing and implementing IT strategies
• Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture, digital technologies, and IT infrastructure
• Excellent stakeholder management and internal communication skills
• Visionary thinking with a strong focus on innovation and business growth
• Experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve high performance
• Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to change
• Fluent in English and German
