We are looking for a Team Lead IT System Administrator to join our Corporate IT department, who is responsible for leading and bringing innovative solutions, working in a highly collaborative environment, and owning the entire office system infrastructure. Job Description

• Lead and inspire a team of international IT System Administrators to provide top-notch, business-critical in-house IT support to end-users across the organization.
• Oversee the onboarding of new starters and the offboarding of leavers, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Manage hardware and software configurations across multiple platforms like a pro.

• Keep meticulous records of all incidents and requests, and be the master of our ITSM systemCollaborate with your colleagues in Engineering and Product to continuously develop and enhance the office and cloud system infrastructure as well as the user experience for 6000+ employees globally

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in IT Administration, with a proven track record of mentorship or leadership.
• Production-grade knowledge of Active Directory and Mobile Device Management
• Experienced in Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace.
• A service-oriented team player who thrives on collaboration.Proficiency in English is a must, German is a plus
