Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the operations and employees performance to ensure the highest quality experience as described in our services agreements
  • Entering and validating data in public records (RDPRM/PPSA) (cessions transfers, mortgages and assignation)
  • Carry out link searches in Quebec for publications submitted after the deadline
  • Execute Syndication researches across Canada
  • Support the Collection team by carrying out research for universal links and analyzing the position of MHCC in major files
  • Participate in the improvement or implementation of all processes and policies affecting the company’s security
  • Support the inventory financing team in validating contracts and signing closing schedules
  • Support the factoring team for the validation of complex/personalized contracts
  • Manage the PPSA platform (management of invoices, access, contacts and reports)
  • Carry out annual and semi-annual evaluations of the team members in his charge
  • Provide reports and/or presentations on department operations
  • Any other related tasks.
