We are looking for an experienced profile to join us at our office in Copenhagen, Østerbro!
We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead to manage our Danish team consisting of E-commerce assistants & E-commerce Managers. If you want to join the world of E-commerce, love employee development and have great leadership skills, we can’t wait to hear from you.
Our new colleague will work with all the aspects of launching and operating successful webshops. At the same time, he or she will coordinate and prioritise the tasks across the team and help develop team competencies with our Head of Operations.
It is also a part of the job to assist with customer service, translations, as well as monitor social media on behalf of the webshops we work with. In other words, you will be able to manage all the tasks related to running several webshops over time.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR NEXT COLLEAGUE?

We are looking for people with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers & colleagues. We expect that you have experience as a team lead or co-ordinator in a relevant field such as e-commerce, customer service or similar is a plus

• The overall responsibility for the team
• Having monthly 1-1s & annual performance reviews
• Make sure you have the right resources and competencies in the team
• Be a part of solving the team’s tasks
