- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
- 15+ years in Specialty Chemicals (Construction Chemicals, PCI and other such industry applications).
- Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Desirable: MBA in Sales & Marketing.
- Excellent team builder and talent developer.
- Leadership presence, excellent influencing skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization both orally and in written communication.
- Strong customer focused mindset and ability to drive excellence both for internal business partners and external customers.
- A self-starter with the ability to think, act/execute on a strategic level combined with the ability to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details.
- Experience with key analytic applications (e.g. Excel, Access, PowerBi) and core business applications (e.g. SAP, Arkieva APO, etc.)
- Possess managerial skills with people, projects, and workflow.

Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Plan, manage and achieve growth targets of PF Paints & Coatings Middle East & Africa by successfully managing the business and team. Establish appropriate strategy and finetune based on market dynamic to ensure business success in sustainable way. Identify opportunities to drive business growth in volume and overall absolute CM via expansion of business territories, customer base and expanding distribution network.
ABOUT THE JOB (JOB RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Lead the sales team aggressively, explore market potential for identified markets and develop new business opportunities.
- Meet annual sales targets and business growth ambition.
- Develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding customer and industry requirements, identifying market tendency, and set up achievable and doable initiatives to achieve business goal.
- Coach and motivate the sales team fully understand local strategy, improve sales skill set and aim for better result.
- Develop long-term sustainable partnership with Key Accounts and channel partners.
- Coordinate with global and regional teams to sell the right product to right customer at right price for purpose of profit maximization.
- Understand the market dynamics and provide constructive proposal to manager and team.
- Build up and maintain regular and sustainable relationships with key customers.
- Maximize pricing opportunities while maintaining good balance of short- and long-term growth objectives.
