As Team Lead Media for our consumer brands (wirkaufendeinauto.de and its sister brands across Europe and Autohero) you will join the international Marketing team of AUTO1 Group. Job Description
- Own budget and outcome responsibility for all Offline and Video Marketing activities in 9 European markets (AT, DE, FR, ES, IT, NL, BE, PT & SE)
- Bring our Brand Media campaign strategy to the next level in a data driven way to maximize traffic acquisition and various brand KPI’s development
- Conduct data-driven analysis by connecting media KPIs with core business data using our industry-leading tools
- Lead an international team of 5 committed and driven members with Junior to Senior experience levels and give comprehensive and actionable feedback to enable your team member’s growth
- Use your strong relations in the media industry and identify the best offline marketing opportunities to boost customer acquisition as well as brand awareness for our consumer brands wirkaufendeinauto.de, and its sister brands across Europe, and Autohero
- Be responsible for planning, booking and evaluating performance-driven brand marketing campaigns in TV, Youtube, Radio and any additional offline channels
- Collaborate closely up with our Head of Creative Production and his team to create highly performing advertising campaigns
QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree in business or marketing and relevant experience in offline, brand and YouTube marketing (ideally in an e-commerce)
- Strong analytical skills, a data driven mindset and the interest in taking on analytical challenges by diving deeply into big sets of data using Excel and Google Sheets
- You feel comfortable in a fast paced environment and you like to be challenged to increase your learning curve
- Your high level of attention to detail and your structured mindset enables you to keep track of multiple aspects of campaigns and projects
- Highly motivated to grow further and learn in the field of brand building by openly testing new ideas and challenging status quo constantly
- You are perfectly fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
