We’re seeking a Team Lead Product Owner, Analytics to spearhead our data initiatives, uphold data integrity, and align analytics with our core business objectives. In this impactful role, you’ll serve as both Scrum Master and Product Owner, managing high-quality, secure data products that deliver actionable insights. Reporting to the Head of Controlling, you’ll help shape a data-driven culture with innovative solutions.
What you’ll do
Align analytics initiatives with business goals, define KPIs, and deliver actionable insights through collaboration with stakeholders and data teams.
Drive cross-functional efforts to optimize tailored analytics solutions.
Develop and maintain an analytics product roadmap aligned with business goals.
Define user stories, prioritize features, and manage releases for continuous improvement.
Integrate user feedback to enhance product performance
Act as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and managing timelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine user stories and ensure solutions meet strategic objectives.
Enforce data integrity protocols, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with data regulations.
Lead data governance and promote best practices to enhance analytics capabilities organization wide.
What you should have
Background in data management, analytics, agile project management, and product ownership.
Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Skilled in SQL, Power BI, ETL, and cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks).
Strong understanding of Scrum and data governance frameworks.
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills for cross-functional work.
