YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Successfully completed a technical apprenticeship and additional further qualification as IHK certified technician (or similar qualification)
  • Experience in project leadership
  • 2+ years of work and leadership experience in a comparable position
  • Business fluent German and English (speaking, writing, and negotiating)
  • Proven knowledge in the field of metal cutting, ideally knowledge in the semiconductor systems and custom machining building
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to our international customers throughout the entire project phase, often in English
  • Evaluate the technical feasibility of inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate the required production steps
  • Lead projects on your own responsibility, with a focus on implementing them on time and to the required quality standards
  • Perform and calculate costs and prepare cost quotations
  • Drive the effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on fast-paced, challenging projects
  • Lead and develop the Project Management Team to achieve and ensure team goals
  • Improve existing project management workflows
    In this role, you can expect a highly stimulating and versatile job. You will work with state-of-the-art technology and an impressive variety of parts and materials on highly complex components and assemblies. You will support well-known customers, all of whom are active in growth markets, also outside the medical devices sector, and you will have access to a high level of vertical integration with over 200 CNC centers.
