QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineering degree or comparable education
• Team spirit, realisation orientation and moderation skills
• Customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinkingSeveral years of practical work experience in qualityKnowledge of process and LEAN management
• Structured way of working and good self-organisationAnalytical way of thinking and working
• Fluency in German & English; borth written & spoken
• Good SAP and MS Office skills

• Responsible for quality assurance consisting of QA and CCM at the site
• Management and development of directly subordinate employees
• Implementation and further development of global process and quality standards
• Establishment and functional management of the global QA organisation
• Collaboration in operational activities within QA
• Supporting the sales organisation in the context of customer complaints
• Continuous further development of global processes in the spirit of ONE EagleBurgmann
• Collaboration in digitalisation projects (e.g. SAP Q module)
• Performing the role of a global ProcessOwner
• Support global audits
