- Drive TQL meetings and bookings/pipeline growth through consistently achieving team quotas
- Ensure a high degree of integrity within the teams sales practices
- Listen to SDR calls for coaching
- Help new SDRs clearly articulate Pures value proposition and differentiation
- Work in collaboration with peers, leadership, and account executive teams
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
- Continually keep up with current storage trends, companies, news releases, and competitor news
- On a daily basis, use sales enablement tools including but not limited to Salesforce.com, Discover.org Gmail, LinkedIn, Insidesales.com
