Responsibilities:

  • Drive TQL meetings and bookings/pipeline growth through consistently achieving team quotas
  • Ensure a high degree of integrity within the teams sales practices
  • Listen to SDR calls for coaching
  • Help new SDRs clearly articulate Pures value proposition and differentiation
  • Work in collaboration with peers, leadership, and account executive teams
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
  • Continually keep up with current storage trends, companies, news releases, and competitor news
  • On a daily basis, use sales enablement tools including but not limited to Salesforce.com, Discover.org Gmail, LinkedIn, Insidesales.com
