Responsibilities:

ALL ABOUT THE ROLE…

As our Team Lead Sales support you will be responsible for leading the Sales Support Team, which completes the Sales Cycle by bringing our partners online on our platform. Furthermore, you will:

  • Steer and develop the team, as well as conducting performance reviews.
  • With your eye for numbers and results, you ensure that together we achieve our ambitious growth targets
  • You lead your team by example and set a good example in this sensitive process
  • Close cooperation and exchange with the other team leads from Sales and other departments is an important part of your daily work.
  • In this role, you will support the monitoring of reporting and sales data management to help ensure we stay on track and maximise our potential.

Here are the qualifications and attributes we seek in a candidate for the role of our Team Lead Sales Support in Denmark:

  • You have demonstrated team leader experience, preferably in sales
  • Strong understanding of the industry: in particular B2B business
  • Ability to make key business decisions and work independently
  • Able to absorb information quickly and deliver insights and solutions
  • With your positive and convincing personality, you find it easy to motivate and inspire others
  • You are team-driven and have excellent communication skills, commercial acumen and presentation skills
  • Able to set clear goals, devise plan, attend to appropriate details and meet deadlines
  • Fluent in Danish and Englis
