KGaA in Einbeck (Lower Saxony, Germany), is seeking a talented Team Lead passionate about implementing and monitoring these crucial programs. As the Team Lead - Multiplications Programs Sugarbeet you will be at the forefront of planning and executing programs such as Classic, CONVISO SMART, CR+, Fodder beet, and Multigerm. You’ll also oversee the seed multiplication planning and drive innovation to ensure the integrity of our production planning systems. This full-time, permanent position is available from 1st of December 2024, offering you the chance to shape our future from day one.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the seed multiplication process and managing specific sugar beet programs
  • Leading the Seed Production Management and Planning Team to organize multiplication programs and conduct the operational implementation
  • Coordinating various international project groups related to seed production
  • Evaluating yield, quality, and purity data in sugar beet seed multiplication in collaboration with Seed
  • Production Managers and production partners
  • Supervising and implementing production programs with the production entities
  • Developing new approaches for production stabilization and quality optimization
  • Fostering the exchange of knowledge and best practices between international multiplication sites
