Sectra is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Team Lead for our first line Shared Cloud Operations team, which is an integral part of our international student program. Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Team Lead for our first line team, you will play a crucial role in mentoring, guiding, and regularly recruiting a group of students who are part of our one-year International Student Program. This program provides students with the opportunity to transition from academic learning to practical experience by working with our support teams in the Medical IT business area. Your role is key to ensuring that these students smoothly integrate into the team, gain invaluable technical skills, and leave with professional insights that will shape their future careers. Additionally, you will be responsible for actively participating in the recruitment process to ensure a continuous influx of talented students into the program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mentorship and Guidance: Provide daily support and mentorship to the student team, creating a nurturing and educational environment where they can thrive and grow.
Recruitment: Participate in the recruitment process by attending student fairs and events to attract and select talented candidates for the program.
Communication and Coordination: Act as the main communication link between the student team and other parts of the organization, ensuring clear and effective information flow. Coordinate program activities and schedules to ensure a seamless experience.
Task Management: Oversee and organize the delegation of tasks within the team, ensuring that students are adequately supported in their roles and exposed to a broad range of experiences.
Program Management: Ensure the smooth running of the student program throughout the year, managing the schedule, organizing learning opportunities, and ensuring that all activities are well-coordinated.
