• In this role, you will establish and lead our test management team, focusing on test planning, automation, and data management, while regularly reporting test results to program and project management
• Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a detailed test plan with a focus on outcomes, using tools like SAP Solution Manager to manage all test phases
• To support testers, you will create test cases from specifications and requirements, and manage or participate in test sessions with the team
• Conducting test data management by coordinating with stakeholders to organize relevant test data for SAP testing phases will be a core part of your role
• You will apply your expertise in industry standards to optimize processes and provide training and coaching on test methodology
