KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Certificate in any field of study preferably in HRM.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in HR/ Payroll, relevant working experience in payroll outsourcing will be an added advantage.
  • Experienced in handling client escalations and complaints while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Ability to utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions.

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

The Team Lead supports the Manager and/or HOD in daily deliverables to provide excellent service to the client. They manage payroll data preparation and maintenance with utmost accuracy and ensure timely completion. Additionally, they coach executives and junior staff within the department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead & manage the day-to-day HR and Payroll operations.
  • Responsible for providing service and solutions to clients broader than data transactions.
  • Ensure the team’s revenue & KPI targets are met.
  • Analyze team productivity metrics (Productivity Report) and implement strategies for continuous improvement, maximizing client satisfaction.
  • Optimize payroll processes and ensure accuracy through checking procedures.
  • Resolve client and team member escalations effectively.
  • Ensure team compliance with the global company compliance standards and payroll processes/procedures.
  • Manage smooth and timely onboarding of new clients and implementation of new services for existing clients.
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance performance, achieve goals, and meet KPIs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, internal & external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and timely billing practices.
