Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor an agile team of frontend and backend developers as well as QA automation engineers with the goal of fostering both technical and personal development
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and promote best practices in web development
  • Support the conception and implementation of user stories and participate in the development of systems and architectures
  • Work closely with various interdisciplinary teams, including other team leads, product managers, product owners, architects, and DevOps teams
  • Drive the development of market-specific features to approach new markets effectively

Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor, Master or PhD degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Demonstrable experience in web development, either frontend or backend
  • Solid knowledge of relevant programming languages and technologies (e.g., Java, Spring, TypeScript and React)
  • Excellent command in English and preferred proficiency in German
