TEAM LEADER | AFTERNOON SHIFT

• Full Time opportunity - based in Erskine Park, Sydney
• Afternoon Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 1:30pm - 9:30pmAttractive remuneration package including bonus, shift allowance, team member discounts

• Manage the day-to-day operations to achieve planned/budgeted KPIs, cost outcomes, safety measures and service levels, adapting to the ever-changing environment
• Lead and manage your team (up to 80 team members) to success across safety, operational, people, customer and financial performance.
• Engage and develop your people using proven leadership strategies.
• Lead with a positive and inclusive outlook, strengthening the culture of the team
• Continually educate and empower your people to work to the highest safety standards
