Diploma, SIJIL Vokasional Malaysia (SVM) or relevant qualification.

- Preferably 2 years of manufacturing experiences, non aircon environment.
- Rotating shift.Possesses good communication skills to be able to communicate with all levels of staffs

Responsibilities:
- To follow production schedule and achieve operational tagets
- Supervise, monitor and guide workpiece set up and operations
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Manage production flow to ensure that optimum output is maintained
- Take contingency actions as neccessary during the shift e.g. machine/tooling breakdown
- Plan overtime if neccessary to achieve job scheduleSelf-motivated with high qualities mindset and strong analytical mind
