TEAM LEADER - CONSENTS ENGINEER

We are looking for an exceptional consents engineer to manage our team of consents engineers. This is an exciting opportunity to manage staff while still being involved at the coal face. Given the small team, the successful applicant will have the chance to oversee the engineering and infrastructure elements of resource management planning.
As Team Leader your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing engineering advice on resource consent applications
- Management and leadership of staff
- Assessing engineering design plans and inspecting site works
- Advising customers/staff of the District Plan’s engineering requirements
To be successful for this role you will have sound consents or development engineer experience, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to lead, motivate, support and develop a team. Our ideal applicant will be solution focused and have strong time management and organisation skills.
