TEAM LEADER CONTROLLING (M/F/D)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader in Controlling to join our team. In this role, you will manage and supervise the Controlling unit, ensuring adherence to standards and governance while driving process improvements. You will lead a collaborative team of professionals, define team objectives and support professional development. Join us in shaping the automotive future.

YOUR SKILLS:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Controlling area
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience in controlling or a related field.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Knowledge of relevant standards and governance.
• Advanced Excel
• Fluent in English
