TEAM LEADER COUNSELLING, CHILDREN/PARENTING AND YOUTH ENHANCED SERVICES – TENNANT CREEK

WHAT’S THE ROLE?

• Responsible for the implementation, leadership and integration of the following programs: Counselling, Children and Parenting and Youth Enhanced Services
• This position has a particular focus on leading and mentoring program staff, applying professional knowledge and support whilst providing direct services and managing complex client work.

IS THIS THE RIGHT ROLE FOR YOU?

• Relevant qualifications in Counselling, Psychology, Community Services or Social Work (or related field) with a minimum two years’ experience in relevant practice and team leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills encompassing report and case note writing
• Demonstrated cultural competency, particularly in working with Indigenous people
• Application of a high level of discipline knowledge
  NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
