Responsibilities:
- Lead professional and efficient customer onboarding and credit administration processes
- Train, develop, and manage credit administration staff to ensure high performance
- Design and implement controls to minimise credit-related risks and ensure compliance
- Oversee credit risk management, including data analytics, risk assessment, and customer terms
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to protect ALM’s interests and improve outcomes
- Drive projects to enhance customer experience, improve platforms, and reduce credit risk exposure
