SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience in a pharmaceutical contract service organization, such as Contract Packaging/Labelling, Drug Procurement or Clinical Distribution is required.
• Experience in leading project management teams preferred.

PRIMARY ROLE:

This role is responsible for leading, managing and developing the Clinical Trial Packaging and Distribution team in Germany to support the needs of any project that requires services and oversight. As the European Manager, you will also focus on global projects and strategy, meeting regularly with your global counterparts, the Vice President of CTPD and all departments within Myonex. You will also have regular communication with clients and will also directly manage a team of Senior Clinical Supply Project Managers (Sr. CSPM), Clinical Supply Project Managers (CSPM) and Associates Clinical Supply Project Managers (Ass. CSPM).
The role is responsible for providing clear and concise communication between all internal stakeholders and helping to foresee problems with products or services before they occur.

DUTIES:

• Hire, develop, manage and lead a team of Sr CSPM, CSPM and Ass. CSPM to meet the needs of the company and our clients; oversee all activities of the clinical supply project management team in Europe.
• Interact with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Support the growth of new service lines at Myonex in support of clinical trials services.
• Collaborate with sites globally to harmonise processes and implement best practice.
• Create and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the CTPD department.
• Taking accountability for the success, growth and timely delivery of Clinical Trial Management, ensuring that a proactive and professional consultancy service is delivered to all clients.
• Manage the development of departmental procedures and staff training plans.
• Ensure services are billed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Take responsibility for the German CTPD budget and key accounts by focussing on growth on a strategic level.
