Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Capral’s, product range and services with the ability to provide customer quotes and orders.
  • Provide quality and efficient customer service through the daily management of the customer service team to include motivating, coaching, counselling, training, and problem solving.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships with customers and staff.
  • Maintain and enhance customer service systems to provide customers with exceptional service. Including, but not limited to order status reports, updated lead times and other information required or requested by customers.
  • Qualify and pass on sales leads and market information to the sales team.
  • Better Every Day. Evaluate processes and procedures with a view to improving area operations, efficiency and service to both internal and external customers.
  • Compliance with competition and consumer legislation.
  • Take full accountability for personal safety and well-being, develop an understanding of risk minimisation and be committed to achieving the highest possible standards for Safety, Health and the Environment (SH&E).

To be considered applicants MUST have:

  • Experience in a similar role and industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Advanced communication skills including the ability to express self clearly and concisely in written and verbal communication, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Intermediate to Advanced IT skills in sales analysis and transaction processing.
  • Experience managing and motivating a team; setting expectations and leading by example.
  • Experience managing performance targets and non-conformances.
  • Ability to travel as required.
