Description:
Key accountabilities of the role are: - Lead and manage a team of enforcement officers to deliver effective enforcement initiatives, actively encourage working together to ensure the timely delivery of high volume and quality work.- Analyse, interpret and apply relevant legislation using an effective decision-making framework to provide expert advice, decisions and reports to senior management that manage risk and support actions on complex debt management matters.- Facilitate team and individual development and build a positive and participative culture that supports division and OSR objectives.- Ensure individual and team compliance with established debt management guidelines, financial controls, policies, procedures, delegations, and quality assurance standards.- Analyse and challenge current practices to ensure continuous improvement in line with business objectives.- Contribute to risk, strategic and operational planning process and ensure planned outputs and outcomes are achieved.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate: - Working knowledge of digital and data technology/ systems;- Strong negotiation skills and resilience.
