DESCRIPTION:

About the role
This Team Leader FIFO role based out of our Port Hedland Branch on a 2:1 roster. Reporting to the Regional Service Manager, you will lead the service team to ensure equipment inspections, servicing and repairs are completed to a high standard to support service demand.
This challenging and diverse role offers a variety of work, both on and off the tools.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Skills and experience

Along with sound mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills, our ideal candidate will have:

• A mechanical trade qualification
• Experience in leading teams (either directly or indirectly) and managing service demand)
• Sound planning, organisational and prioritisation skills
• Ability to problem solve and be flexible
• Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage cost in line with budgets
