Responsibilities:

  • Run the day to day service line in accordance to the agreed service levels, as measured by the monthly service reports.
  • Develop detailed knowledge and understanding of the end to end service line to be able to ensure continuous quality services to the partners.
  • Prepare required reports to continually control and identify required changes in operation.
  • Support team members on a day to day basis to solve issues within the processes.
  • Ensure issues are escalated effectively within the BSC and with regional management to quickly resolve issues.
  • Communicate regularly with the partner team & higher BSC management built on consistent delivery of SLA / KPI’s and fast resolution of issues.
  • Ensure day to day resource allocation to tasks is optimized to the daily priorities and timetables.
  • Install a mind-set of investigating root causes to find long term solutions to prevent future errors.
  • Continuously feed ideas and opportunities to higher management, and where requested support process improvement initiatives.
  • Support transfer activities into the BSC including the recruitment of new people into the organization.
  • Ensure new joiners get the right trainings to be effective in delivering services.
  • Coach team members to be able to deliver specified services in the team.
  • Ensure management are aware of concerns and issues faced by team members, recommending how the business could make life easier / better for team members.
