Responsibilities:

Our Gas Networks & Services Team is elite, and we are looking for a motivated and capable Field Team Leader to join our team at our Gepps Cross office . In this role, you will report to the Program Manager and lead a frontline crew of four personnel. Your team will be tasked with delivering high-quality construction, fault response, and maintenance activities on gas mains and services throughout the gas distribution networks, primarily focusing on the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide. As part of the EBA, you will receive competitive compensation, work on a standard 5:2 roster, have RDOs every month, be provided with a tool of the trade vehicle, and participate in a rotating standby roster every six weeks for emergency response callouts.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the job-specific planning and execution of work orders.
  • Providing emergency response services during and after normal hours.
  • Oversee the performance of employees and contractors.
  • Proactively and visibly promote and drive a Zero Harm culture, guiding and coaching others.
  • Delivery of planned and unplanned work, ordering materials and products required to complete allocated fieldwork, and controlling resources while on site.
