• Lead the Team: Support the management team by leading and motivating your colleagues to deliver excellent service and keep our customers coming back for more.
• Be Hands-On: Get stuck in with everything from serving customers to assisting in the kitchen—show your team how it’s done!
• Maintain High Standards: Ensure that every aspect of service meets GBK’s high standards, from the quality of the food to the cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Support Operations: Help with the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including managing shifts, keeping an eye on stock, and ensuring everything is running smoothly.
• Customer Focus: Ensure every customer has a fantastic experience, resolving any issues quickly and with a smile.

What You Bring:

• Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are even more important.
• Leadership Skills: You’re a natural leader who knows how to inspire a team and get the best out of people.
• Customer Service Focus: You love working with people and have a knack for making customers feel welcome and valued.
• Team Player: You’re happy to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team, leading by example.
• Problem-Solver: You’re quick on your feet and can handle any challenges that come your way with a positive attitude.
