Responsibilities:
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a regional team of multi-disciplinary engineers and technicians
- Managing configuration engineering of standard products for customer applications from pre-sales to field operations
- Investigating, troubleshooting, remediation and reporting of field non-conformances
- Contributing to product development, both for customer specific applications and strategic programs
- Initiating and leading regional continuous Improvement initiatives for the performance of the customer engineering function as well as other functions and activities
- Collaborating with regional team, the NPI team and others as required to meet the business and customer need
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Degree qualified in Engineering, Science, or relevant STEM discipline
- Possess In-line inspection experience in an operational or engineering role
- Have strong technical comprehension skills, a clear thinker able to operate successfully in a fast paced environment
- Be able to lead, coach, empower, and advise team members to build a high-performing team
- Be a motivated self-starter with a result oriented mindset and an ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders
- Be a champion of customer care, committed to maintaining the highest standards of service quality
- Be able to communicate at all levels within the organizatio
