    What You’ll DoThe Team Leader Infrastructure is responsible for coordinating the maintenance of infrastructure to achieve maximum effectiveness and acceptable risk levels for public safety within the constraints of the landscape, ensuring rapid response to emergency or hazard situations. In this highly varied and critical role, you will be responsible for the coordination of all aspects of the team and work collaboratively with others to positively contribute to the delivery of Divisional goals and objectives.
    What You’ll BringWith an Associate Diploma or commensurate qualification, the successful candidate will have strong experience in the maintenance of infrastructure assets and management of waste. A natural leader, you have a proven ability to support, develop and motivate your team to achieve Divisional goals. You have demonstrated experience and expertise in the overall management of maintenance and development programs and projects and your organisation skills are evidenced in your proven ability to budget, plan and schedule teams and projects to timely completion. You are now looking to lead a highly successful team in an iconic Victorian organisation, on a full-time, ongoing basis.
