Reporting to the Vice President – Insurance/AgriStability/LPI, the Team Leader is responsible to manage, oversee and coordinate the allocation of work and execution of activities of their Relationship Manager – Insurance (RMI) team.
What will you be responsible for?
- The coaching and development of a team of Relationship Managers Insurance within the North region, ensuring a high level of client service.

Education and Experience
- Leadership experience
- Agricultural background preferred
Private insurance experience beneficial
- College Diploma with 8 years of related experience OR University Degree with 6 years of related experience
- Equivalencies of education or experience may be considered.
