We’re looking for a skilled leader with a strong background in business administration and management who excels at guiding and developing high-performing teams in a collaborative setting. Responsibilities:

The Team Leader Integrated Services is a key role responsible for leading a team of Administrative Support Officers to deliver high-quality services across the organisation. In this newly created position, you’ll develop and maintain strong internal and external partnerships, offering guidance and direction to stakeholders on key administration functions. You’ll collaborate with the Portfolio Services Business Partners to ensure the consistent development and implementation of services, policies and initiatives.
As the Team Leader, you’ll manage a dynamic team of up to 12, ensuring high-level customer support and achieving corporate outcomes in line with CFA policy. You’ll foster a collaborative, high-performing environment, providing guidance, training and development to your team, ensuring they’re equipped to meet challenges and deliver exceptional results.
