We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our ELISA & RID team as a Team Leader. If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity in the field of Diagnostic Manufacturing, this position is perfect for you.
As a Team Leader in Manufacturing, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of individuals who consistently demonstrate exceptional work behaviors in a world-class manufacturing environment. Your effective leadership skills will be crucial in ensuring flawless execution of manufacturing processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement manufacturing strategies and optimize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of manufacturing technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure production targets are met
  • Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to optimise productivity and efficiency
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine resource requirements and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Biology or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
