Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified individual who would be interested in Joining the Neonatal Secretarial Team, based at Royal Stoke. We are looking for a reliable; self-motivator who puts our patients first, interacts well within a team, and who wants to develop professionally and supervise their own team.
The post holder is required to provide comprehensive secretarial, waiting list management and administrative support to medical and nursing staff within the Neonatal Team. The post holder will assist medical and nursing colleagues in the organisation of the specialty team workload and will be responsible for communicating information, both written and verbal, with patients/parents, staff and carers and this will require tact and diplomacy.
The post holder will be responsible for the supervision of the administration team.
