QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading production teams, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong technical foundation in continuous improvement methodologies and autonomous maintenance.
- Proven ability to manage conflicts and drive problem resolution.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis; experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Availability to work in Continental shifts (day or nights).

- Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime.
