QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading production teams, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
• Strong technical foundation in continuous improvement methodologies and autonomous maintenance.
• Proven ability to manage conflicts and drive problem resolution.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis; experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Results-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Availability to work in Continental shifts (day or nights).

Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Team Leader to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced consumer goods industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations, leading teams to achieve performance targets and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a problem-solving mindset.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage production teams to achieve operational goals, including safety, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, standards, and company policies.
• Resolve conflicts effectively within the team and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Implement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives, including autonomous maintenance and lean practices.
• Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Train and develop team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, quality, and supply chain, to optimize production processes.
