Managing and utilising the systems, processes and resources supporting the customer service and operations functions in fundraising, e-commerce and other activity areas.

Experience developing and managing relationships with internal and external customers, business partners and stakeholders
Ability to analyse, collate and present information and recommendations
Ability to understand legislative and compliance obligations and coordinate application and reporting processes
Ability to contribute to budget management and financial reporting
