Peppergreen Farm is a Social Enterprise of WISE Employment, which operates a range of enterprises that create pathways and opportunities for people living with disability.
We are seeking a Team Leader for our Employment Enterprises at Peppergreen Farm in Bendigo. If you have leadership experience and/or experience working with people who live with disability this could be the job for you!
Responsibilities:
- Working with the Manager Social Enterprises to oversee the daily operations of Employment Enterprises.
- Coordinate a team of multi-disciplinary industry Supervisors to foster a strong, innovative and supportive culture that works to meet the vision and goals of WISE Employment.
- Work within budget to deliver quality customer service across Employment
- Coordinate the effective use of resources to deliver on time and within budget services that secure the financial viability of Employment Enterprises.
- Ensure clear communication to internal and external clients.
- Ensure services are delivered in a manner that maximises the safety and wellbeing of staff and participants which includes conducting thorough risk assessments for worksites.
- Monitor and ensure the Client Management Systems are maintained, case noting occurs in accordance with industry and organisational standards, plan reviews occur as scheduled and activities are tracking positively against National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) goal attainment.
- Actively contribute to the development of a culture consistent with the values of WISE.
- Be proactive in risk identification, notification and management.
- Contribute to continuous quality and service delivery improvement through the organisation.
