As the Team Leader, Manufacturing Operations, you will have the opportunity to lead a skilled manufacturing team responsible for the production of high-quality products. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Possess strong management, analytical, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, Excel, Power Point, and related systems.
- Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement is highly preferred.
- Strong process/systems competence and knowledge along with process industry experience.
- Physical ability to tolerate loud noises and work on concrete for extended periods.
EDUCATION
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Associate Degree or equivalent
- 2-3 years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring accurate training in safety and continuous improvement for new and existing employees.
- Processing employee time records, absences, overtime, paid time off, etc. while maintaining proper staffing.
- Building and maintaining a safe work environment by engaging associates in reporting potential safety hazards and promoting safe work habits.
- Investigating safety problems, developing corrective actions, and implementing and communicating changes.
- Reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Standard Work to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Managing daily operations and ensuring production schedules, quality initiatives, safety targets, and efficiency metrics are met.
- Implementing and maintaining work areas in accordance with Lean manufacturing principles
