Übersicht:
The Process Engineering Team Leader is responsible for the operational management of the Process Engineering team. His/her tasks include the internal organisation of the following activities within the department and with colleagues
This role will account for approximately 1/10 of the working time as a process engineer within the department

Verantwortungsbereiche:

• Organization of the team with coordination of holidays, availabilities and substitutions
• Support with resource planning and coordination with the project managers, operations managers and management in accordance with the reporting lines
• Recognizing and advising the management on further training needs
• Improve the internal exchange of experience and internal communication within the team by organizing regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates and feedback.
• Participate in the standardization of documents & workflows within the department including the consideration of project-related lessons learned
• Work closely with cross-functional teams

Qualifikationen:

• Several years of professional experience
