Description:

The Team Leader will be leading the Procurement team activity, assigning the resources, and balancing the work volumes to ensure accurate resources’ distribution according to the business needs. You will empower the team to achieve dedication in business, ensure team members receive training and knowledge to deliver efficient results.
This person will be responsible for the Performance management cycle and for supporting the team members in their professional development. Also, you will ensure collaboration with the sales offices supported and a correct management of customer concerns assigned to the SUB Procurement team.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Represents the team in relation to Customer Care department, Sales Offices supported and PMO team.
  • Ensures the overall coordination of the Analytical & Level Intercompany purchasing processes and of the Buyouts purchasing activities.
  • Manages the implementation of assignments, tools or changes within the team and ensures correct distribution of the resources.
  • Acts as an escalation point and ensures customers’ orders are prioritized in the manufacturing sites as per the critical issue matrix.
  • Coordinates the communication with the European Sales offices and with the representatives of the manufacturing sites.
  • Responsible for the performance indicators implementation and management and for the administrative processes.
  • Performs the tasks given by the direct supervisor or by the management, in accordance with the responsibilities of the position and compliance with the law.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ of proven experience in Supply Chain/Procurement role, in management/coordinating position.
  • Ability to work with deadlines and high levels of ambiguity and confident in handling change.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and presenting skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, attention to details and flexibility.
  • Languages: English (advanced)
  • PC skills: MS Office, Internet
  • Knowledge and/or experience in using ERP/MRP systems.
