Join the international Procurement team “Capex & Facilities” within the Beiersdorf Group, working alongside Global Category Managers responsible for Real Estate, Engineering, Construction, Machines, Facility Management, Facility Services, and Energy supply.
Responsibilities:
- Support a global portfolio of production centers, distribution centers, management units, and facilities across 150 affiliates worldwide, managing high investment volumes and complex strategic demands.
- Serve as the Regional Project Procurement Leader for the CAPEX Project area Europe / North America (EUNA), acting as the first point of contact for regional stakeholders.
- Functionally lead local project procurement team members involved in CAPEX & FACILITIES projects, ensuring effective collaboration and execution.
- Define and deploy CAPEX Project strategies within your region, aligning with global Category strategies and project goals.
- Manage strategic categories within CAPEX Projects, driving procurement value through cost savings, supply security, service improvements, agility, and innovation.
- Foster strong partnerships through continuous exchange and alignment with Project stakeholders, CAPEX Category Managers, and the Global Organization.
- Ensure compliance with procurement standards, methods, and processes within the regional network.
- Lead regional initiatives to harmonize procurement practices, driving efficiency and consistency across the organization.
- Seize the opportunity to impact global procurement strategy, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to the success of high-value projects on an international scale.
